Pre-launch notice: This is an interim privacy notice for the early-access waitlist and should be reviewed by your legal/privacy adviser before public launch. The founder-beta product privacy notice should be expanded before real policy documents are accepted.

If you request early access, we may collect the information you submit in the form, such as your name, email address, profile type and the use case you describe.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the Policy Iris founder-beta waitlist, understand prospective-user needs, select beta cohorts, communicate about access, and improve the product.
Policy documents
This early-access website does not ask you to upload an insurance policy document. Please do not send policy documents, identity documents, bank information, Aadhaar/PAN details, signatures or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
Hosting and form processing
This beta website may be hosted and its form submissions processed by third-party infrastructure providers such as Netlify. Their handling of data is subject to the configuration you choose and their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Before launch, define a specific retention period for waitlist data and a contact channel through which people can request correction or deletion. Replace this paragraph with your final policy once those operational details are fixed.
