What this website collects
If you request early access, we may collect the information you submit in the form, such as your name, email address, profile type, the problem you want help with and whether you are open to a feedback conversation.
Why we collect it
We use this information to operate the Policy Iris founder-beta waitlist, understand prospective-user needs, select and sequence beta cohorts, communicate about access, conduct product research and improve the product.
No policy documents on this public form
This early-access website does not ask you to upload an insurance policy. Please do not send policy documents, identity documents, bank information, Aadhaar/PAN details, signatures, medical information or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
Hosting and form processing
This website may be hosted and its form submissions processed by infrastructure providers such as Netlify. Their handling of data depends on the configuration selected for the site and their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Founder-beta document processing
Real policy-document access will use a separate controlled-beta flow. Before that flow opens, Policy Iris is intended to have documented controls for authorised access, encryption, audit logging, correction, deletion, retention, masking of high-risk identifiers, monitoring and security testing.
Retention, correction and deletion
Before public launch, replace this paragraph with the final waitlist retention period and the operational process through which people can request correction or deletion of their early-access information.
